Slate Hill Flower Farm is a small artisan flower farm specializing in growing lavender and flowers for drying in Upstate NY. During June and July, visit to cut lavender, walk the farm and shop our lavender barn. Other times of the year, visit our shop in the village, Sharon Sprigs Fine Dried Florals & Gifts for select dried florals and lavender products along with gifts and local art.

We are a diversified farm with 50 Jersey cows being milked by a robot, 5,000-tap maple operation serving pancakes in the saphouse February through April. Maple products are for sale year-round. We also make and sell 20,000 bales of hay every year.
