Slate Hill Lavender Farm is a small artisan lavender farm specializing in growing lavender and flowers for drying in historic Sharon Springs. We open our farm seasonally for U Pick Lavender and special events in June & July.

We are a diversified farm with 50 Jersey cows being milked by a robot, 5,000-tap maple operation serving pancakes in the saphouse February through April. Maple products are for sale year-round. We also make and sell 20,000 bales of hay every year.

The Town of Sharon is located in the northwest corner of Schoharie County, about 40 miles west of Albany. Originally named New Dorlach, the town's name was changed in 1797, when Schoharie County was subdivided into six towns.
